Simplepie 1.0 beta in trunk

I got a few e-mails asking about the current status of the development and I really appreciate your interest for moonmoon. So here are some news. I commited the latest Simplepie to the trunk this morning. It should fix problems with some feeds but some are still not loading properly. For the next release, I’m considering to make moonmoon parser independant so we should be able to use Magpie instead of Simplepie. Obviously, making the parsing process more robust will become a priority.

Expect a maintenance release soon, so stay tuned ;)

    but, euh comment afficher correctement les accents (français notamment), en remplacant UTF-8 par iso-8859-1 dans index.php cela ne donne rien..) merci d’avance.

  2. moonmoon est prévu pour fonctionner en UTF-8 uniquement. Les flux qui ne sont pas en UTF-8 sont normalement convertis par Simplepie.

    Je te conseille d’essayer la nouvelle version et si ça ne fonctionne toujours pas, de m’indiquer l’url du flux qui pose problème afin que je puisse tester.

    comment intégrer les 3 petits points (fonction de limite de la longueur des contenus) dans ?
